To enter your quilt(s) in the show, please read all of the guidelines below, then fill out and submit the registration form.  Links to the registration forms are at the end of the guidelines.

All members of Lincoln Quilters Guild are urged to consider exhibiting some of their work at the 2008 quilt show. The following guidelines will help members plan their entries and help Quilt Show volunteers with the proper display and return of items.

Please read carefully before completing entry form!

• Exhibitors must be members of Lincoln Quilters Guild unless exhibiting by invitation of the Quilt Show Committee.
• Items must not have previously been shown in an LQG quilt show unless by invitation of the Quilt Show Committee.
• Show categories are:
  General – This includes bed quilts (crib to king), wall hangings, throws, miniatures, table runners or toppers, art quilts, etc. The item must hang flat; no dolls, garments, handbags, etc.
  “Celebrate Your Direction” challenge
  Literary Challenge – for those who entered the 2007 LQG Literary challenge. (if you didn’t get it done for the Spring 2007 Guild meeting, now’s your chance to  finish and display!)
  Young Quilt Artist (special project with some area schools)
• Exhibitors may enter four (4) items plus challenge quilts.
• A quilt series with no more than 4 pieces will be considered one (1) entry. 
  Only 1 series per member will be allowed.
• A separate form must be completed for each item entered.  Make
  additional copies of the form as needed.
• All entries must be finished projects.
• All entries must be clean, smoke and odor free.
• A label with the entrant’s name must be permanently attached to each entry.
• The exhibitor is responsible for insurance for their entries.
• Hanging sleeves are not necessary for quilt show entry.
• A complimentary commemorative Quilt Show Label will be available at the end of the show if the exhibitor wishes to receive one.  Please respond to the question on the entry form so labels can be made as needed.
